WHAT CAN YOU ORDER?
The simple answer (but maybe unhelpful) answer is really anything that involves wool, watercolour, or drawing.
I'll try be a bit more specific. Most frequently, I am asked to create pet portraits in wool ( like the pup in the photo on the right), custom wool pocket pets, watercolour pet portraits, watercolour house portraits, pen and ink house portraits, etc. There are a lot of options, I know!
But I also have been asked to create custom cot mobile's, designs for wedding invitations, drawings for shops, and more.
All this is to say that I am happy to make your idea come to life!

I HAVE AN IDEA, WHAT DO I DO?
With your idea in tow, go to the Contact page found in the main menu.
You will need to fill out the form and describe what you want made. There is absolutely no obligation at this point, so go ahead and fill it out without any worries.
Then I will get back to you within 24 hours, (usually within that working day). Here is what I will typically get back to you with.
Answers to any questions you raised
Timeline of when I will be able to start the piece and roughly how long it will take
And I will give an estimate of the cost
For portraits, I will request photos and more details of the animal or house

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Each project is unique and requires a different amount of time and materials. However, generally my prices for custom pieces starts at £60 but is usually under £200.
I want these requests to be accessible and upfront. So I will always be happy to talk to you about your budget and what we can do within it.
I typically require payment once the piece is finished and before I ship it. I am also happy to split the cost into two payments (one at the beginning and one at completion)

HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?
There are several factors that go into the time of a piece.
Amount of ongoing custom orders
Size and difficulty of project
If I need to order specific materials
I will speak to each of these points in the response to your message and let you know from the beginning. I also send several update photos throughout the process so that you are always in the loop.

WHAT IF IT ISN'T WHAT I WANTED?
I do everything I can to make sure that you get what you are hoping for and more. So this is incredibly unlikely to happen.
Throughout the process, I will keep you updated with photos and be open to any feedback or changes you want. This way you are always involved in the creation and can see how it is progressing.
I go to this effort because I cannot accept returns of custom items (and am happy to say I have never needed to!).
